The Cartography and Geographic Information Society (CaGIS) is composed of educators, researchers and practitioners who utilize geographic information. CaGIS publishes research in the journal Cartography and Geographic Information Science; hosts AutoCarto, a biennial research conference; and will host an International Cartographic Conference in Washington, DC, July 2-7, 2017.
